• B&T will head this up while alive 

• Kristen & Moyles to be included in this process while B&T are alive

• Kristen & Moyles will head this up when B&T are gone

  • B&T would love to have the Foundation continue after death and funded by the trust. 

• B&T (Boyd Trust) are / is funding this Foundation

If there is something difficult to be decided, it must be the majority rule, or 3 out of 5. (Spousal input is expected).
